There is a scheme called SCONUL Access which we are a part of. This gives students of many different university libraries the opportunity to visit and borrow from other libraries also part of the scheme. The scheme covers most of the university libraries in the UK and Ireland. You will need to check your university is taking part in the scheme.
You will need to apply online for the scheme (see link below). Follow the instructions on the website entering your details and home library, then which library you want to visit, to complete the application. This will then send an email to your library team.
If your application is accepted they will send you back a confirmation email. Print it out and bring it with you along with your home University ID card when you visit Anglia Ruskin Library. You'll also need to complete an application form and provide a digital photograph for us to produce a Library card for you. Library cards take at least 2 days to be produced (Mon-Fri only) and you only have access once you have your card.
