This will depend on whether someone has the book on loan, or if it just needs to come from another site. If there are copies on the shelf at another library, one of these will be sent to your library as soon as possible. There are regular deliveries between sites, so, you should get it within a few days.
If every copy is on loan then whoever has had their copy the longest will be informed that they need to bring it back within a week. No one will be able to renew their copies until all requests are met. There may also be other people who have requested the same item as you, in which case you will be in a queue. You will receive an email from the Library when the book is ready for you to collect it.
